Lola Speak: English Practice

This is the worst English course I have ever seen. The quality does not match what was promised, and the overall experience has been very disappointing. On top of that, I find the way I was charged completely unfair. I selected a monthly plan, yet I was charged for an entire year without proper clarity or authorization. I will be sharing my experience across different platforms so others are aware before making a decision.

I love it. This app is the app I have been waiting all my life. This is the best way to learn English in my opinión because you practice every day talking with real people. And you have fun and learn new words. Thank you.

Never download this app! They offer a free trial period at first, but when you decide on the same day that you don’t like the app and don’t want to continue, they still charge you! The free trial had just started, but they took the money anyway! I tried to contact their support team to resolve the issue, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to issue a refund. This is a scam disguised as a free trial! Be very careful and read the fine print before downloading this app. I would not recommend it to anyone.
