Hour and day data for Thermo-Hygrometer not updating since latest update. Resynced Bluetooth reinstalled, new batteries and nothing seems to fix the issue. This feature is essential to keep up with the environment. I have two of these thermometers and one is still in the box brand new these are only 30 days since purchase and will be getting returned for a competitor's brand unless this issue is fixed swiftly. When it works it works great. One star untill this issue is fixed. EDIT: I gave feedback within the app and got a response back from support after a few back and forth emails confirming with them what the problem was they got back to me that the issue would be fixed with an update within a few days. Latest update fixed the problem! I am extremely happy excellent customer service! I will definitely be recommending Vivosun to everyone. FIVE STARS!

Overall great products providing an awesome experience ! The growhub makes life easier for someone who has to work all day allowing me to make adjustments to my environment and my equipment from my phone. I’ve got the aero light a100 with spectrum tuning and built in fan so I can change the light spectrum for each stage of growth while providing ample airflow over my plant. The exhaust fan works amazing. When humidity creeps up a little high it pulls the air out of the tent immediately. And the clip on fan is great too with the natural wind setting. All of it with affordable pricing for us that don’t have deep pockets but want quality gear !!

I absolutely love the tents and all the equipment from VIVOSUN - great quality products! The app has been a tiny bit difficult as far as setting the auto cycles. Sometimes it won’t register at all what intensity I’m trying to set the exhaust fan at. I’ve been trying to set it at auto with an intensity of 6 - but for some reason the fan only wants to be at a 4. And the recipes are rather tricky to play around with also. I tried to set start and end times for new recipes, but they would ignore my times and start everything at midnight…so I’m not going to mess with recipes right now. I’m home almost all day every day so I can monitor it for now. It would be the absolute best app without these glitches. Hopefully they can do an update soon that allows the app to communicate with the brain more efficiently.
