Spider Farmer

I love the automated system, but needs a little work on not wasting water on the humidifier because the humidifier in the inline fan is always fighting, which makes you have to buy more water,another thing is A few year ago when I first started with the GGS set up I had the parameters on that sheet in the app I’m not sure what it’s called but it tells you what your temperature humidity and VPD was at on certain times of days weeks to months, I love this feature but recently it stopped working for me and hasn’t showed up the parameters of environmental times I’m not sure how to fix it, I hope it can be fixed because this is my favorite feature in the app other than all the automation of your tent from your phone. I would recommend their products for sure for a home grower looking to grow great medicine.

The app works great but the customer service for if anything is wrong is actually amazing, I have had a few slight problems with my items from spider farmer and they have never let me down on support, amazing kind and fast. People say it’s a nightmare or it’s bad to have to use the support but the support has been so insanely fast and good I can believe they would even say something like that. I will always buy spider farmer for the rest of my growing career. They have made a customer for life by the way they treated me when I had a problem with there items. Top notch equipment at an amazing price and amazing support there is no other way to go IMHO than spider farmer.

I like the app and it has great potential. Every once in a while it will disconnect from my phone and I have to follow steps to re connect. I could not figure out how to connect this to my WiFi, I tried probably 20 times. Some of the portions of the app I could not understand like the breakdowns in moisture in temperature do not make sense and I could not find information anywhere about how to navigate.
