Isla Grace Sleep

I think almost every baby app I’ve downloaded has thrown sleep training in my face at some point or another. The baby-led approach that Isla Grace Sleep teaches really saved me when I felt I was failing as a parent when my baby was around 4/5 months and struggling to sleep in her bassinet/waking what felt like constantly. I considered sleep training but ultimately decided against it and opted to co sleep. Now my daughter is 17 months and waking only once a night and we bedshare on a floor bed which works so well. This app is only for babies 0-12 months but I had to download it and check it out/I wanted to give a good review for an app developed by a true infant sleep expert. If you are looking for an app to track infant sleep while also getting other content about healthy infant sleep behavior and access to sleep coaches who will never encourage you to ignore your baby, this is the app for you. It is refreshing to know there is now an app that will never try to convince you that you need to sleep train your baby.
