Anne’s workouts deserve 5 stars! I am LOVING them so far. The format and exercises are PERFECT for me! The app, however, needs a little help. Just a little. Audio cues would be nice when a set is complete, especially the RESTS & tabata style timed exercises. I find myself staring at my phone more than focusing on my workout. And at, 43 years old, its hard to see! Also, it would be amazing if this synced to Apple Health or the watch in some capacity. There is so much focus on nutrition and macro tracking with her programs but if you use an app to do all of that and it doesn’t deduct for your workouts, what’s the point? It would be great to preview the upcoming circuit once it goes into that page. Sometimes I do the preview in advance but forget and don’t know what equipment or size weights to grab until it actually starts. Then I have to pause it. If I’m getting super nitpicky, the ability to turn your phone upright would be nice 👍🏻
Loving the app and workouts. Just need a beep or a noise to signal a switch between exercises
I recently found out that my gym (which I loved) was closing. I was so sad but needed to find something. Obviously there are a million gyms I could go to but my concern was finding the right program. I know how to do cardio, I don’t know how to build a program that would help me build strength like my gym and group training could…until I found this app. I had been following Anne for over a year as an inspiration for working out and being a mom. I decided to check out her app which includes 5 at home and 5 gym workouts each week. I haven’t gone to the gym since downloading because the at home workouts have been that good! I am the type of person who loves to exercise and be pushed. Her at home work outs do just that. The app is so easy to follow. I can’t wait to use it at gym soon but happy to know that I can get just as good of a workout at home as I did at the gym.
