Pay-GPWA

Highly upset because I did not have a vehicle at the moment to go make a payment. Not only does the app or online payment not work, but even the pay over the phone wasn’t working. Left a voicemail twice because apparently they were too “busy” to take my call, only for no one to return my call. I was left with no power overnight. I left a voicemail around 11am and again around 3pm. Do better GPA pls. This summer heat is no joke!

The App doe not remember User accounts or passwords and requires logon every time. Does not allow Keychain automatic access to payment info, which means you’ll need to physically type in your credit card info EVERYTIME (and - of course - separately for GWA and GPA. Only suitable for people that like typing with one thumb (while holding a credit card in the other) vs the web version that at least allows for some form of copy paste.

This app just wrapper for website. Don’t really add functionality. 1) No TouchID. Need to enter credentials every time. 2) No Apple Pay and even no saved cards. Need to add it all every time. Take long time and not secure. 3) Not possible to add several accounts. 4) No notifications about new bills.
