Reboot Your Age

Don’t waste your money. I purchased an annual subscription in October 2022 for $299. I lost all of the progress I made in the app after having been away for a few weeks due to an illness. Frustrated that I had to start over, I gave up for a few more weeks. I recently tried to log in again and I cannot start over if I wanted to. The message in the app says that my trial period is over and it wants me to pay again. I have been trying to reach customer service for days without success. The phone number list on their website is an incomplete number. This is unacceptable.

Friends introduced me to the App and the book. I am 65 and recovering from back surgery 6 months ago. I was having trouble starting a workout program and these videos and recommendations kicked off the change I needed. I think the App needs to be a little less expensive but as they say health is wealth.
