Kidsie

I’ve bought and sold a few things on Kidsie over the past few months. Discovered it on a mum’s group. It's fairly easy to use: browse, list and buy. It takes 3 days to get paid but it goes into my bank rather than collecting cash and being able to use Apple Pay is great. I also love browsing what is local to me.

I feel like this app should have been tested more before going live. - Only being able to add one photo at a time is time consuming. - Once you add say clothes in the next drop down the only option is other instead of say dress, trousers etc - The age range needs to be amended to include baby sizes - I can’t see a contact us section anywhere so how do you receive feedback?

I find adding one photo at a time very time consuming. The ability to add multiple photos one go would be great. I also do not like the fact that you can’t add an item without registering with stripe, I should be able to add items with the option of cash on collection. For that reason this app is not for me unless that feature changes and is optional. I can also see items on the app that I’ve seen for months, have they been purchased? Are they still for sale? It is unclear, this should also be a feature on your app. If items have been sold can that be made clear to people browsing. There’s a few other things I find frustrating about the app but I won’t go on. Good idea but needs more work
