Toast Tables

Toast is well known for trying to do everything ,but almost all its programs are half baked . Seriously get it together Toast !! If you are bringing a product to the market and we are paying for it , make sure it is 80-90% on par with other programs , not like 30-40 % . This app lacks many basic functionalities . You can’t even see how many guest total reservations you have for the day. We have to count them one by one.

The only way to see a menu is to give your phone number, and Toast will text you a link to the menu. Our customers see this as an invasion of privacy, and HATE it. We have had to print new menus because most of our customers ask for them instead of giving their phone number for the digital version. We’re totally going backwards with this system. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the software isn’t bad. But that doesn’t really matter when your customers hate it, right??

Said they would fix still waiting for them to let me make reservations.
