Grubhub for Restaurants

This 15% commission is fake. First of all, they cheat about commission, and second very important thing, 1 negative review, and you lose. No body will order again from your store. And of story. I call them, try to manage it, to delete 1* star review, this isn’t really a review, just one star and that’s it. No review. Even customer have an issue, we don’t know what is happened. We just lose business at GrubHub, and sell via Uber and DoorDash, they more loyal about it. Good luck GrubHub with your business!!

As a small restaurant owner, after signed up with Ubereats, and door dash , I also joined GrubHub even GrubHub isn’t doing good in our area . since I am choosing the lowest, 15% commission fee , I can give my customers a better price compare to Ubereats and doordash. It is a big delivery company, I fully trusted them, unfortunately 6 six months later I realized that we were paying 35% of the total sale to GrubHub. I was so shocked, look into it I found out that they changed us additional 10% of the delivery fee, 5% of the service fee from the total sale, feels like we were cheated. Wow, great! GrubHub passed all the cost to us. We gave the Lowest price to the customer and pay the highest fees to GrubHub. Very interesting, which restaurant is going to pay that much money in order to work with Grubhub? Do the simple math. I would not if I know they do that. I am leaving them, I have great food , my customers will go to Ubereats or food dash if they miss my food. Being reasonable even though you love money.
