Moonai - Period Pain Relief

I take way too much ibuprofen for period cramps and I was looking for a way to get my head off the pain and help me sleep. This app helps you zone out and relax. Yesterday I was listening to it on the couch and my super wired 10 yo son fell asleep 😂, he said it was like floating inside the belly of a peaceful whale. I couldn’t agree more.

I actually didn’t really think this app would work but it sorta does, the sounds are calming and put me to sleep which helped distract me from my cramps. Definitely going to use again 🤗
