The app itself is intuitive and cute. It certainly provides a couple with the ability to address certain questions that may otherwise lead to discomfort, and it does so in a manner that actually brings a couple much closer while answering said questions.
It is enjoyable as well, it provides a valuable platform for long distance relationships to develop in an enjoyable and meaningful way.
Beyond this, customer support has proven to be very friendly, helpful, and generous. They demonstrate an eagerness to truly satisfy and please the users of their app.
This alone, for me personally, warrants a higher rating and respect for this app and its developers.
Highly recommend it for those interested in a new and enjoyable way to learn about your partner, in addition to growing closer to them.

I initially believed that this app was designed to add excitement to my relationship, perhaps by providing suggestions on where to go or offering fun conversation starters. It seemed like a great idea to have on my phone. However, I was disappointed to find that the first question it asked was whether I wanted to work on communication, money, or family. This seemed odd to me, as I have been happily married for 24 years and don't feel the need to work on anything in particular. It would have been nice if the app had additional options, such as "let's try new things" or "fun challenges for couples," to better match its icon and overall vibe. Not everyone is unhappy, and the app could benefit from acknowledging that.

3 months apart now and this app helped us more than expected. The couple bucket list makes us plan little things for our next meetup. The couple widgets are a small touch but makes us feel connected somehow. I’ve used long distance relationship apps before and this one just works better.
