Rip off purchases never showed up and no way of communicating in app

Bought the golden tank never received. Still says to buy it but if I click buy it says already purchased. Restoring purchase did not work either.

Cool game except for glitches and some misinformation in the “loot boxes”the worst glitch is how the tanks sometimes stick and forward and not just a little bit they stick and go full throttle forward while I’m frantically clicking on reverse trying to stop them and go in the opposite direction this is especially frustrating when I’m in a fire fight with a group of tanks that have come over a hill and I’m trying to back up and get out of the line of fire and shoot from behind cover but instead sometimes the tank lurches forward and won’t stop I am taking a lot of hits while I’m trying to get it to stop and go in reverse The miss information in the loop box comes with the one that says new tank 90% 250 diamonds so I already got all the tanks including the in the The miss information in the loop box comes with the one that says new tank 90% 250 diamonds so I already got all the tanks including the monster tank through rewards and watching commercials to collect diamonds but I saw that and I decided why not I’ll save up some diamonds and see what the new tank is Well after I spent 250 diamonds to open it all I got was 30 diamonds as my purchase after spending 250 diamonds I also got some coins but I already had amassed a lot of coins from destroying other tanks as the diamonds that are harder to come by so what a rip off I spent 250 diamonds to get 30 diamonds back and some coins There’s no new tank even though it reads “new tank 90%”
