Waited a month for tech support to give us an opportunity to get the link. Have the link finally. Now I constantly have to re- sign in over and over again to NO USE. IT HAS NEVER WORKED. IT US USELESS.

Cannot set up an account. Southwest staff keep emailing invites but the email never arrives. Self-set up will not work and instructs you to contact customer service. Customer service is unable to set up an account and refers you to medical records. Medical records states they can’t do anything to help and refers you back to customer service. This problem has occurred with me, my wife, my father-in-law, and parents. It’s not an isolated incident.

The concept is very good so a person can see their health information at a glance. Unfortunately, in practice this app doesn’t work. Can’t even log on after you create login credentials. If I could, I would have given it zero stars.
