This is a very cool idea and when it works is good. The problem is that it crashes about every other item you add.

Complete fan of this app. The resources that are available helped me save time and money. I misplaced one of the wiring diagrams for an appliance of ours, but was able to find it through the app, and once I troubleshot the the issue, the parts were made available on the same provider. In addition to that, I never thought about having a record of all the items along with the make and model number in the event that something happens like theft or a fire, there is a record that you have and can attach photos for an insurance claim that was totally not on my radar. Sure there are some software bugs that I feel are minor but the developers get a Gold star from this guy 😃

Great concept!! Had no issues loading or getting a product identified. I used a power tool I just recently bought a part for to see if it was just as easy. The parts diagram came up with no issues, but that is where this app flops. This particular tool has over 200 parts to order from the diagram with no way to go directly to the part number. In my case, needed part #60. The parts diagram was not dynamic so instead of just touching the number I wanted to go to it I had to scroll. That wouldn’t have been so bad… if the numbers were in sequence. They were not! First page had part numbers in the 200’s, 20’s etc. I did a number of pages and never got to 60, so this is a no go for me. Had it had an interactive diagram, this review would have been totally different. As it is, I’m giving it a 2 star rating for the concept in the hopes it will be more user friendly.
