The app keeps giving me a cant connect to network error but my home network is just fine. This is tge only device that wont work. I cant even register. I will give it a few says and uf it doest work i’m going to return it’s almost useless without a functioning app.

I have a pro11 apple iphone IT WILL NOT LET YOU “ACCEPT TERMS” i have reloaded the app several times therefore you cannot control the sweeper from the phone. It gets stuck on as little as a throw rug which, its not supposed to . The sweeper is good but, there software app is garbage .

So many good features that you probably know about already. The only problem I’ve had so far, is it stopped sometimes in the middle of the room with plenty of charge left, 65 or 70%, and it’s not stuck on anything. It just stops. I have to hit the play button. I don’t mind that necessarily if it was running during the day, but I have it running at midnight, so to get up and realize it stopped after 22 minutes is not going to work. This will have to go back to Amazon in a couple of weeks if they do not fix it
