My water keeps saying that it needs to be filled, still water in, machine is cleaned from inside and outside, I contacted the manufacturer because still under warranty, nobody responded, I have sent more than 10 emails because is not phone number for them. Is definitely very frustrating when you paid so much money for a device that is not working properly.

The server is failing apparently. I can use only the basic vacuum mode, but there is no way I can set up the mopping mode without it.
