I had no trouble downloading or setting up the app. The Yeedi Vac 2 Pro, which vacuums and mops, worked fine during mapping. The app DOES allow rooms to be divided and labeled, although it did take some exploring to find some functions. I had some sort of glitch (it couldn't "find" the kitchen, then couldn't dock to recharge) but support replied to my email VERY quickly with a suggestion that did the job. I've used it twice for vacuuming and for mopping (I've only had it about a week) and I'm really impressed!

Love this vacuum, I run it daily! They had an app update in the last few months that has caused a little bit of trouble. I’ve seen a ton of 1 star reviews from this time period saying their robot is useless now with the new app and that customer service isn’t great, telling them to get a newer model of the vacuum. I did have some troubles getting into my robot settings via the app, however I “unbound” my robot from the app and then reconnected it from scratch and haven’t had any problems since then. It even imported my old map and schedule without having to set it all up again. Hopefully this stays true and I don’t have any more “app timed out” errors. I’m glad that for the time being I don’t have to upgrade to a newer model of the vacuum, because that would be a HUGE waste as my robot still works great.

We have had the Yeedi robot vacuum since November, 2022. The robot actually vacuums and mops very well but can NOT map our small one story house. We have corresponded with the company dozens of times via email - there is no customer service phone number. We have tried everything they’ve asked us to do but the map function does not work. Finally Yeedi was very kind to offer us a new vacuum. They asked for our mailing address but we never received the vacuum. We subsequently reached out to them and, once again, the assured us that they were mailing us a new vacuum. Weeks later Yeedi wrote to us stating that we had already returned our vacuum and they would not be sending us a new vacuum. For weeks I have been providing Yeedi with screenshots of maps and vacuum photos of our vacuum that they now claim that we don’t have. Unless you want to spend months of frustration, do NOT deal with this company.
