So convenient! I am a half hour drive from Everett Branch and can’t trust the mail for deposits, so this service is perfect for knowing my bill pay can be handled on time!

I had a very complicated home loan process involving 2 banks. Jorge Gutierez was about as helpful as could be at a time i was stressed to the max account house was closing 8 days late due to other bank screwup. Everytime i needed to talk to him he was available during the meltdown when it became clear the other half of payment was lost in the internet in the form it was sent. At the outset Jorge followed the wire transfer instructions exactly, the other bank did not. Knowing the deal was falling apart i had to ask Jorge to get i involved again, all this for a transaction they were not making a dime off. I was simply transferring it from Cascade CU to title company. Without his help at the end it could easily been another week to sort out the mess. So nice to see people take pride in their job

The new app is so sleek and streamlined in comparison to the original. I enjoy it’s new look and updated features, and I’ve barely been using it for five minutes.
