User friendly; great look and feel

I want to thank Hocking Valley Bank for all the years they’ve been Here for me. And I’m so proud they know how to hire “The Very Best”. I’m not against change and I love my hometown bank, but I find the new app very frustrating. Trying to figure out your balance with the pending stuff, makes online banking harder. There also seems to be a lag, account information shows up later in the day, than it used to. I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but I did find it more user friendly before.
