So recently you guys lunched a new update which is affordable for students,too be honest it amazing ,i am not sure if they want to look mainly at students but I love it ,it’s just too good even me that had problems with you guys won’t lie I love the update ,mind blowing and great please keep this up,thank you 🙏😁

normally your delivery system is wack but tonight y’all did the worst, rider didn’t come to my estate but claimed he was there when the estate security no one is at the gate, then he stopped picking calls only for him to pick up and said he is with another client for delivery in VGC because the other client has been on his neck. with the amount you guys charge for delivery it’s unfair for you to do combined deliveries that aside for the past two weeks your deliveries has been exceeding the time you gave me by at least 30mins, yesterday it was 1hr 20mins late and you’ve been delivering cold food since last week. it does not make sense at all

The delivery man did not know Lagos at all and was confused about my location which is known by any lagosian. It took him two hours to get to my estate then he called me to tell me that his tire burst so he couldn’t deliver again even as he was within walking distance of my location. It took him an additional 45 minutes to even deliver the food. The food was excellent but the delivery made me so angry and since the main point of this app is the delivery service, I’m giving it 2 stars.
