This app is not only a scam but iPhone offers a parental mode that is 100% free and it offers the same thing. On the other hand if you aren’t a parent but you want to access a phone remotely, with just iCloud credentials, that’s where it gets tricky, you will be able to sync for a few days but ultimately iCloud blocks against that kind of software so you won’t be able to access for long, I bought a subscription for 6 months and unless I want to download the app onto the target device, it won’t ever sync again. Which is messed up bc they won’t even refund me. So I paid for an app that worked for 4 days and won’t work for the rest of the six months. And don’t get me started on the customer service! It’s the absolute worst, they dodge every question and just say theyre experiencing a high volume of chats, be patient. The “supervisor “ is never available, it’s a joke and you can’t call in anywhere. If you ask me this company is as close to a scam as it gets. I’m canceling my payment with my bank even though I was assured if the service didn’t work or wasn’t what I wanted I could get a full refund as long as it was before 15 days. Don’t waste your time with this app it’s a total fraud.
