This app always throws up error notifications for simple tasks. The only thing it can really do is give you an account balance, nothing else works.
The app works as expected and lets me do everything I need to do. Check balances, internal transfers, external transfers, manage my debit cards, BillPay, deposit checks, pull statements, etc. Plus I appreciate the added security of text verification and quarterly password changes. I can rest assured knowing my accounts are secure. Highly recommend if you bank with Riverstone.
Have used this bank for a little over 3 years now and it has given me nothing but trouble. The app is absolutely terrible and works maybe half of the time. With the correct login credentials you still may not be able to access your account plus transferring money externally is nearly impossible because it just doesn’t work.
