When I go to use my card and move money the machine will say insufficient funds. I can go to another store and it will say the same thing but I will have money in my account. Help!!

This is an Excellent service. Saves me a lot of time running around town depositing a check!

The transaction search engine on this doesn’t work worth a darn. I can put a transaction amount and get the constant message back that there are no transactions with that amount. To test it, I put in a couple different transaction amounts that I can see in my history have cleared and it will still tell me no transactions for any of the amounts are available. I realize that an amount may not show if the item hasn’t been presented or if I am trying to find a potential math error when I reconcile my account (yes, I do balance my checkbook). The ap works define to look at an account to see if an item has cleared, but the search engine is not dependable.
