We started out in the Clinton, Mo Bank. After thinking about another local bank who was going to make us put up a huge amount and give us limited privileges, and no one had a good explanation for us. So we went to the tiny Oak Star that had just opened at that time. We go a normal account either no minimum deposit to open it that very day! When we moved we choose to keep that account . We moved to S Kc at that time there was no branch close then you opened one in Overland Park Ks area shape, is my husband opened another account and there. So we have several accounts. We moved to where there is no local branch again. I wish you would come to Butler, Mo and take a chance here. Is ask everyone I know here to go with you! We love the ease it banking either you even either out a local branch you have made deposits so simple! We love Oak Star, you are truly part or our family and our small business!

The ease of using the app to manage our banking is very convenient and easy. Auto notifications keeps me informed and the benefits stand out. The real strength are the people behind the app that provide quality and pleasant service! Every interaction has been excellent when I need assistance or loose a card or traveling and need assistance. Our home bank is Hermitage, great manager and staff.

They’ve really done a great job with their app! The only critique I would offer is, I think they should add the ability to change the color scheme because the green is not my favorite. Other than that, it’s simple to use and the dashboard tiles can be arranged in the order that makes sense to the user... 👍🏻
