Don’t believe the hype in the ads that brought you here. On the surface it seemed the withdrawal process was simple and entirely predictable until the dreaded mandatory deposit match to get the same amount back as a withdrawal. Here you sent hours playing their game, watching videos and doing tasks when you finally win some money to be able to withdraw. For example I wanted to withdraw $25 of my winnings so I could buy food that day knowing I had $.25 to my name. Then I learned I have to deposit $25 to get $25. WT#*! I’m broke playing their game so I can eat only to be unable to get my winnings until I give them the same amount of money I want to withdraw. So in reality, I wouldn’t make any money out of my winnings. So unless you don’t need your winnings, are not starving and have money in the bank, DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME! There is no instant cash out like the ad claims or the screenshots show in the App Store. Those were created for the hype. So don’t believe the hype.

Instant withdraws, clean, sharp professional design, no creating illusions of “winning” like ALL THE OTHER APPS DO. I’ve played some relatively high stakes on other bingo apps, to finish “1’st place” only to have to wait HOURS to find out I barely made even if it all while they strategically manipulate the players and times… this platform and app are legit! Just be careful… that sense of security in their rapid payout and knowing if you won or lost immediately following a match can be a double edged sword…. they’ve practically vacuumed my “fun money” this month! But there are plenty of perks and incentives… their “bonus cash” really is worth it, and more importantly their gems aren’t just a time killing place holder until you can give them more money… customer service is responsive and fast… If you aren’t a little kid? This platform is legit, professional and the one you’ll inevitably come back to after losing or being disappointed on others. 5 stars

Update. They have fixed the problems, refunded entry fees. Loving it again Stay away from this app if you’re using your own money Loved this game until I would hit the play button and screen just went blank but when I got back on it had deducted my money and scored me a zero. this has happened 5 or 6 times. Each time I have contacted them using the contact us button. I have never gotten a response. I gave them multiple chances to make it right. I guess I’m stupid to continue playing after the second time it happened. It’s one thing to lose a game but it’s theft when it takes yor money and you don’t even get to play the game. I play several other bingo apps and it has never happened on any of them
