Concise, clear, validated content on what our brains do to us partnered with simple, practical, daily emotional intelligence work to break unhealthy patterns. Love the brevity, the information, and the tools.
It works smoothly, and the additional group options, gamification, and resources add to the experience. It can take a bit to figure out how to get around, and a couple of small details can annoy.
Pricing can be confusing if it shows up in Rand. Less than $10 USD/mo is great!
In combination with other work, a high quality, easy to use resource for real transformation of our patterns.
Really love that it can also be used in organizations as a team resource, with extra support, to change work culture.
