I just started attempting to play today but it’s stuck on a black screen with a spinning circle in the middle but nothing happens. What happened??

I really really do like this game but I’m having issues with the long ads. They want to run 45 seconds & then another 5 seconds. I play this game while on break & that is only 15 minutes. If your ads keep running longer then 15 seconds then I might (actually) drop this game. Sorry!
