Rituals Coffee House

Rituals provides top tier drinks and meals at competitive prices, with new locations constantly brewing around the islands; all places conveniently for when you’re out and about. Their baristas work to ensure orders are completed in s timely manner and to the likings of their customers. Their friendly and inviting nature, as well as the accuracy of my orders keeps me coming back every time. Now with the app it’s even more convenient to get my quick fix on a busy day, whether I’m on my way to work, running errands or enjoying my free time. Not to mention the points system that keeps me wanting more drinks/treats so I can redeem more points. Rituals is a fave and always will be 🤭

I’m trying to understand how a branch in a high traffic area like Park street doesn’t open before 7am when some smaller branches do. They also don’t sell or redeem gift cards like some smaller outlets do. And unless they’ve changed their policy they don’t offer ten rewards either ? The wait is sometimes long because the cashier also has to make the drinks or put out your breakfast items. An extra staff or two could go a long way to help that in the Peak morning rush. I’ve stopped buying the coffee now because I can buy a bag of beans, grind them and brew cups of coffee that can last me three weeks for the same price as four coffee drinks at Rituals. And I’m not saying the drinks taste bad. They don’t. But if you are a lover of strong coffe as I am, the flavoured options are often too sweet and milky and the daily brew too bitter. ( that one I can’t say I like at all) The only donut option I like is glazed with the custard Centre. I find the others too sweet. But I love me my glazed donut.

Rituals has a large array of items in my opinion and I will breakdown this review in 3 parts first will be drinks then food and finally service: For drink rituals has a lovely drink menu they have smoothies, chillers, coffees, teas and juices. I myself am a fan of the smoothies and the chai vanilla spiced tea the chillers are also good and the tropical juice they have is also pretty good but rituals please bring your prices for the drinks down as the only reasonable drink are the teas. For food they have a wide selection ranging from pizza to paninis (depending on the branch), Jamaican beef or chicken Patties, breakfast sandwiches and a large selection of desert items. In my opinion rituals has the best donuts. I always get the vanilla with rainbow sprinkles or the custard/jelly filled donut but same as the drinks the prices of these items are out of control rituals why is a donut so much money now soon I’ll have to start making my own. And the Jamaican beef Patties those prices have also increased. Finally the service at rituals in my opinion is pretty good and they are very fast. I have never had a bad rituals experience
