Xerox® Easy Assist

Works decently but the main issue is that you need to be on the same WiFi to see the status. The Lexmark app you could access it over the internet

I was able to quickly setup my new Xerox C235 and install it on my network. The app is very intuitive and simple to navigate. I like the ability to see my toner status and easily order more. I have not needed support for my printer, but did check out the chat bot. I’m happy that I don’t need to make a phone call for basic support. Thanks Xerox. Overall, this is a great mobile app and I look forward to future updates.

I just installed this and I saw my home printer and added it to my phone app by clicking on it. I could see the toner levels and other info. One thing I liked was that I could send myself the print drivers and they had the IP address built in. Made it easy.
