I was able to quickly setup my new Xerox C235 and install it on my network. The app is very intuitive and simple to navigate. I like the ability to see my toner status and easily order more. I have not needed support for my printer, but did check out the chat bot. I’m happy that I don’t need to make a phone call for basic support. Thanks Xerox.
Overall, this is a great mobile app and I look forward to future updates.

I just installed this and I saw my home printer and added it to my phone app by clicking on it. I could see the toner levels and other info. One thing I liked was that I could send myself the print drivers and they had the IP address built in. Made it easy.
