Red Ribbon Ordering

I love this place and would never talk bad about the quality of product. But, I placed my order way ahead of time using the app but arrived to the store way after my pickup time, to be told that my order was not ready because I ordered all beef empanadas. SMFH👎🏽

I placed an order to be picked up. Had I known my order was cancelled, I would have not drove out to Henderson for nothing.I drove to red ribbon to pick up my order , and the store red ribbon closed. No one had the decency to call me to inform me. This looks really bad for the business. Red ribbon needs a manager that can do correct business or hired a manager who knows what he or she is doing. You don’t cancel someone order and not contact them!! Tahna!!
