This app is useless. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. It only works when you’re actually by the dash cam and there’s no way to save videos from the dash cam to your phone. I see a lot of people saying the same thing for quite some time now. I love the dash cam, but the app for it is useless. The company needs to stop advertising that the phone can be corrected to the dash cam because it doesn’t. Please be respectful of your customers & fix this long on-going problem. I won’t recommend this dash cam to anyone because of this problem, which is sad because the dash cam is actually very nice & easy to use.

App does work with I phone 11. The camera gives very clear picture and videos. If you ever need support for issues you may have, then, work with their customer service. They will strive to make it work for you. They also list the versions of I phone that will work with the D-5 camera. Read all materials carefully. I highly recommend them

Okay so far this dash cam I really like but I think you guys can definitely do a lot better like the nexar beam that has few stuff that I saw and like . Like sending a text to family that their accident and some few other stuff but other than that Kingslim dash cam I really do love it though pretty great but slow when trying to connect from the app other than that hopefully you guys can add a lot more in the future !! But you guys need to fix the app is not working anymore I can’t connect to my dash cam to phone any more
