Hover: Measure Design Estimate

Obviously technology will always live under the burden of. If it works. It will be amazing. So like any software designed to enhance and build off of. Hover has its strengths and weaknesses. This would be no exception. However the strength of the app in comparison to doing my job without it. Really separates a good adjuster from those who are just mediocre and those who need tremendous assistance. I am a field adjuster for a world leading insurance company and we utilize the app to fine tune our, already strong skills, this has completely changed our flow of operations. We are hundreds of percentages more efficient and our accuracy is spot on. That makes the corporate leaders happy and it allows us to get to an assignment and get done. But most of all. It frees up our time to care for the customer. We aren’t spending an hour drawing diagrams or measuring roofs. And it really separates those who are flexible and adaptable in those stuck in old ways they don’t help the customer. I really like this app a lot. What a time it is to do our line of work with advancements like this.

This app was outstanding… on the one day I was able to use its full capabilities without a glitch. The first couple days I downloaded and played around with it, it was limited and buggy. That was acceptable because they are clearly working on a groundbreaking project. It has even gotten all of the measurements perfect and this was just from a photo. Then I had one day (a couple days ago) where it was an above and beyond experience. I was able to easily select and edit each part of the house down to the soffits and trim. And being able to select from the general products in order to more accurately represent what I already I have in place made it that much more helpful (i.e. black double-hung windows and a flat roof with TPO). However today, it has regressed to something even less usable than the first time I opened it. I’m sure it will be back to great within the next week. Overall, (when it’s working) this is now one of my favorite new apps. I can see how it’s going to just keep getting better and better.

I was completely blown away with the simplicity of this application. I have always been interested in architectural design and civil engineering. I’ve wanted so badly to design homes and structures as not only a career but a passion as well . For the average design geek to be able to use a CAD program with such ease would be extremely costly- To put it into dollars and cents - the professional design programs can cost up to $9,000 . What Hover does for the average “Joe” design geek is outstanding. Hover delivers an application where one can literally design an entire home with ease and minimal effort. The app is very instrumental in allowing first time business owners the opportunity to launch what can easily become an extremely lucrative business, Llc and or Corporation. This can all be done by any smartphone, device etc..at a very affordable price not to mention the completely free demo offered to get your design wheels turning while becoming acclimated with Hover !!! I just can’t stop talking about this let alone showing everyone around me what I’m doing with such ease !
