I’ve created several reports of things I’ve noticed around Santa Monica and always get them fixed. Easy to use.

I’ve used this so many times and turnaround is amazing. This app is fantastic and I encourage others to use it for the 311 feature alone. What is the problem you are reporting. Select the category. Take a pic of problem as directed by instructions. Add location (or choose your location). Add any description. That’s it! And the details are saved so you can go back and follow up if it doesn’t get “closed”. Santa Monica is way ahead of so many other cities.

Much better off contacting City Department directly - two week minimum turnaround is far too long. All my reported issues have vanished from the latest app update, will need to call 311 phone number to sort out negating use of the app.
