Drivers are very rude with how they deal with the customer. I am considering not using this app again. Yesterday I booked a pick up and drop off for two taxis and both drivers are saying they don’t get any information about the booking apart from the number and the booking number so they have no idea where they will drop us and pick us up. That is why they become rude or a little aggressive when dealing with us. If I haven’t told our driver today to slow down because we have a baby with us he would have fly instead of driving properly. I am very disappointed.

Very unprofessional provided services, even the transportation service i will rate it below than 1 start!! The driver is very rude and unprofessional! How come that now a days you don’t provide apple pay or visa card payment on the Taxi! I wasn’t carrying cash yesterday with me! He asked me to pay by cash only! Then I went all the way to bank and paid extra for him just because as what he said he doesn’t have a visa payment method in the taxi! And I paid 13 AED more extra because of him, Yesterday when I was trying to figure it through Ajman transportation website and I sent a contact back email they replied to me that I refused to answer and I transferred their call to voice message!!! So the inquiry is closed! What kind of customer service is this?? I sent a simple question and for what purpose you’re asking me to provide the email address if you’re not replying me there back!!!

UX seems to be not tested properly, when you verify the mobile through otp in start then why again send otp for email, and even the otp never comes in email and hence app doesnt proceed further to home page.. quite frustrating
