Zofeur - Hire a Safe Driver.

Unfortunately the support needs improvement. It’s difficult getting quick support when needed, even during normal hours outside of the busy hours. Additionally the driver could literally be 30 minutes away and they still show you a 5-10 minute pickup time which is not true. Needs improvement.

For first time users, the app is not intuitive. It asks for drop off location but pick up location is not easy to select (and it's after drop off location). Also, schedule for later button comes very late in booking process and it's not clear if that's an option when you first start booking. The actual service is fantastic!

Quick arrival for pickup, professional drive, cheaper than taxi, what not to like about?
