NEVER FLY ON FLY DUBAI

Absolutely the worst service, hidden extra baggage fees, I couldnโ€™t add an additional bag online, the system wouldnโ€™t let me, I emailed & called them. They said I had to check the extra bag at the airport & there was no guarantee that it would get on the plane. In the end they charged me 270โ‚ฌ for the bag & said I was supposed to call them 24 hours before the flight. Their wonโ€™t be a next time. I wrote to them after the flight, they said itโ€™s my fault for not calling them 24 hours in advance, when trying to check in. I could pay for a seat but not a bag and no where does it say to call them. This is the 21st century this should be handled on line. Every other airline lets you check In baggage on line. I travel nonstop, Iโ€™m a digital Nomad. Please do not give them your business. Outrageous baggage fees!! Never again

Be careful when use it

I tried to change the date of the trip but it changed the route deduct about 85% from the fair and ask to pay difference I paid the amount considering it is difference of changing time but when I want to get voucher it give me just about 10% from the fair from the total of the amount I paid which including extra bags and meals, my advice take care when running the application.
