Greenspot Salad Company

The food at Greenspot is very good. It’s healthy and dependable and quick. But they have a point system on the app where you’re supposed to gain points every time you purchase it. I’ve eaten there many times and accumulated lots of points. However, the app was not working in order to be able to use your points check out to redeemfree food. It took me more than two months of contacting them to get anyone to respond to this. When I did, the owner asked me to retest many times, which I did, and each time it took more points away without letting me actually redeem those points for food. The problem was never solved and I lost all of my points. I explain this to the owner and he assured me I’d get my points back and it never happened. I tried contacting him several times and have been ignored. Disappointing.

Supports apple pay which is a big plus for me but for some reason you need an account to buy food. Also it wont stop asking for gps access at the start and end of every purchase. Lastly its a bit of a data hog using 700mb of cellular data last month on a sluggish interface.

First off they have the best salads and freshest ingredients. I downloaded the app to check it out and wasn’t expecting much. Ended up being very well built and super easy to order. Also loved that they support Apple Pay through the app and pickup/delivery options. Can’t wait to go grab my Greek salad!
