Horrible experience in registration. App is frustrating. After putting datas it is showing “ Invalid relationship with CMI”. If you call the helpline one AI assistant will respond and finally tell “ Not able to process now…. Call later” I don’t how this company is surviving. No call back. No respond to email. Still not able to register the complaint. God save the company.

I have purchased AC all most 2 weeks back till now no one turned up to installation and the person assigned by them wont pick the call , it a very worst service for the company side for installation only they are not turning up means in further if any repair comes definitely the wont attend they are just cheating the customer,so kindly don’t buy this company products.

This app is terrible. Logging in is impossible. The experience of purchasing the air conditioner itself was dreadful. The AC was malfunctioning, so I filed a complaint. However, no one responded, and I was instructed to send an email, which also received no response. Then I was advised to use this app to raise and track my complaint. It's incredibly frustrating because I can't even log in. This is a complete waste of time and the service is the worst I have ever experienced.
