Hoora: Car Wash & Bike Care

It was my first time booking so I got 2 services booked. In the first the service guy kept offering me extra add ons in the service which I didn’t wanted and when I asked the guy to wash some specific areas like alloys properly he argued that I’ll do how I know. After the first service I got a call from an unknown number and the person on the line claimed to be an agent of Hoora and asked me to call him to get coupons and referral discounts every time I want to claim the service. This was okay but in the second wash which I had booked 20 days prior before my parent’s anniversary so that they’ll have the car ready to go on that day, the service guy didn’t show up and I got a call from Hoora that you weren’t available on the location, I said that the guy never called on any of the numbers given and neither did he rang the bell. After this call the customer service rep hung up saying she’ll look into it. No call from her again. I called the customer service and they told me the same thing that I wasn’t there and after I argued and got put on hold 3-4 times for 5-10 minutes each then they said that it was our fault sorry sir and get it rescheduled for some other day. I said that I want it today she said sorry, I said to compensate for it with something as my father then himself washed the car, they said sorry we can’t do anything and either we can reschedule it or cancel it nothing more🤨😤. The service is not good and the customer support to handle such things even worse. Great it happened on first service only before I got any other services from them.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Hoora Aap, and I feel compelled to warn others before they fall into the same trap. I initially booked a vehicle wash appointment on the 16th of May, hoping for a smooth and professional service. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of disappointments. Not once, not twice, but three to four times, the person assigned to clean my vehicle cancelled without proper notice. Each time, I was left waiting, inconvenienced, and with no one to turn to for resolution. Worse still, despite these repeated cancellations, the refund I was promised never arrived in my account. I tried reaching out for support, hoping the company would take accountability, but their customer service was completely unresponsive. It's as if they vanished the moment payment was made. At this point, I genuinely believe this is not just bad service—it's borderline fraudulent. If a business can charge you, cancel multiple times, and then disappear without providing what you paid for or returning your money, how else should one interpret that? I strongly advise everyone considering Hoora Aap to rethink their decision. In my experience, they operate with zero reliability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no regard for customer trust. It’s unfortunate, but I’ve lost both time and money in dealing with them. Please spread the word so others don't have to go through the same ordeal

So after lot of struggle with other service provider I finally decide to choose Hoora for 360 degree cleaning service of my car. Service partner reached at door on time which was really impressive. He initiated car cleaning which I was assuming to be done by good branded chemicals as per the hefty price being charged for service,but when I saw the chemicals which were used I was completely surprised as non of them seems to be branded. Nevertheless I patiently waited for service to complete but post cleaning of the I was really disappointed with the cleaning and felt I could have got better cleaning done from some random car cleaning service nd that too with much lower price. Even after several reminders none of the glasses were cleaned properly and a were dirty with dust and stains as they were before. The ceramic coating which is a part of package is utterly waste or may be the service partner didn’t had handon knowledge on how to do it,so again unsatisfactory. So over all service rating is 2 and that’s only for the hard work of service partner. But in terms of cleaning it’s “0”. I am never gonna take another service from them and won’t advise any of you to opt for it unless u have lot of money and want to give it a try by spending few. All the best
