Roosters is my go-to haircut place. However, the app needs a lot of improvement. It constantly logs me out and requires me to put in my email and password which I often forget. It needs to integrate many of the Apple security processes (such as face ID) to increase usability for users. Additionally, when I put in the wrong password, it doesn’t give me an option to reset it in the app and just locks down my account for an hour after I try too many times which entirely prevents me from being able to book a haircut. The app needs to allow users to reset their password.
Before Roosters, I would drive an hour to keep my stylist in Plymouth after moving to Oxford, trusting only in my regular stylist. Desire cut my hair on my first visit and was professional, friendly and gave me a solid cut, leaving beyond happy. I had two other stylists cut my hair on Desire’s day off, experiencing consistent vibe & energy, talent & good conversation that kept me returning. Heather has now been my permanent stylist over two years and I couldn’t be more pleased and trusting. Adam (owner/operator) is personable and friendly, adding to the experience at Roosters Oxford, his leadership value is apparent in the overall vibe of the staff. Thank you to each and everyone at Roosters, I always look forward to the warm welcome, the witty banter and genuine conversations with a perfect cut & trim. -Scott Tarach
Jan 13, 2020 I’d love to schedule using either the app or the website. Neither works. I first tried to to register for for services through the website but no confirmation email was sent. I registered a second time with the same email and then the registration confirmation email came through, but when I clicked on the link the site said “link expired”. I then downloaded the app to my iPhone, and used the same email, but the app “forgot password “ then does not work. If I try to register the same email address it says the email is already registered. PLEASE FIX THE APP or tell me what to do.
