Euchre ++

I had high hopes for this one… It has a decent interface, simple, elegant, clean, and easily readable, but the logic of the game is just like many others. Rather than being fair and allowing the randomness of the hands dictate who wins… The developer always has to throw in their subpar AI logic that makes it a very apparent that the algorithms are stacked against the human player. Even those controlled by your own partner. I just love getting dealt between 37 and 50% of all nines and tens in a single hand for more than half the game I just love how I am always three or four suited with those nines and tens. I only start getting decent hands when the other team is winning by a sufficient margin of points that the AI starts throwing me bones and then I will start getting some aces and Bowers instead of excellent poker, full houses and three and fours of a kind. Don’t care with developer says I’ve seen it in other euchre games and I’ve seen it in this one and so I’m moving on trying to find a game/developer who doesn’t have to artificially cheat to make the game challenging. I am looking for a euchre game that is played like it would be played in real life and not artificially manipulated, making it so apparent that you as a human player are being screwed

This app is always cheating, my “partner” constantly makes trump with nothing. It also sets you up to make trump when your opponents have the only cards that can beat you. I’ve been playing this game for 40 years and that’s not how it works in real life. This app is cheating junk. I mean I win 80% of the time but it’s annoying when my partner does insanely ridiculous stuff. I can’t even explain half of it but recently “north” had the right and the queen, east had the lead and had the left and nine. We needed both tricks, “south” (me) and west had no trump which was obvious. East lead the nine and my partner who was sitting last played the right instead of the queen?? So obviously we lost because east still had the left to beat my partners queen, it’s ridiculous. I mean don’t tell me about difficulty settings, that’s beyond dumb, like you can’t even play the game if that’s what you do. Like seriously there is absolutely no reason to do that unless you’re throwing the game (cheating). Constantly cheats

Tried a few other euchre apps and I like this one the best. Simple layout and no distractions, and AI seems to be better than the others. Paid the $2 to remove ads after the first game. One complaint though: Can you make my hand larger? I have to focus a little bit harder when taking quick glances at my hand because it’s so small. It would be nice if the cards being played on the table were larger too, but that’s not as important. Maybe a settings switch? My phone is a iPhone 11 Pro Max by the way. Thanks!
