It’s great if only a single machine doesn’t work, but when all 32 of the machines don’t work and I have to go through and submit them individually and can’t get a real person on the phone at your phone number it makes your service really terrible, in fact awful.
I’m using this app couple of months and I think this is good app. They fixed our washing machine and dryers after I report from this app around 5-7 days. I don’t know why people said that it only use 1 time for 1 machine but my experience was difference.
Once a machine has been reported broken you can’t report it again, so if the repair people are taking their sweet time getting to it you just have to sit tight and hope they’re on it at all. For the longest time I couldn’t even report issues because this system recognized my dryer as a washer… and no my dryer didn’t have any overflow problems… just a disgrace is what this company is
