Overall, a good app. My one problem is the rules for loading money on it. 1. Must be more than what is on the app already and #2, must be more than $10. I am low income and live in low income housing. Sometimes I need to do one last load of clothes to make it through the month. But only have the cash for the load, not $10. (Wash and dry here are $4 combined). I can’t wash whatever the load is and need the money on there, and I have to wait for payday to do it. Frustrating since I may have $7.50 or $4.02! Other than that I like the app. It lets you k ow when the machine is within 5 minutes of being finished. It records for you which machines are yours for later information. (Which also tells repairmen what room the machine is in, etc.) Overall? Good app.

Prior to the most recent update, I would have given this app 5 stars. However, the most recent update has made it more difficult for me to actually do my laundry. I downloaded this app in August of 2022. The card readers on my building’s machines were unreliable, and this app was a game changer. I could finally do laundry without having to worry about the card reader working. Since the most recent update, I’ve had the same significant issue over and over again. My funds constantly say they are “unverified” when in my building’s laundry room. The cell service is spotty at this complex, which means data isn’t reliable, but that was never an issue with the old version of the app. Now I have to load my laundry, walk back to my apartment and connect to the wifi, open the app, wait for my funds to verify (why does this have to happen every time I open the app? Shouldn’t they be verified from the moment I transfer them?), wait for the app to sync a second time, then walk to the laundry room with the app open and hope that it doesn’t close or try to sync again before I start the machine. I’ve had my funds go from verified to unverified multiple times during a single laundry session on multiple occasions now. The app that I so appreciated months ago has now become one of my biggest frustrations in my current living situation.

This app is only useful in not having to carry cards around. It lightens the load. Technically speaking, this app is really poor while functioning. It never lets me know which washers are taken so more than half the time it’s like I have to “guess” when washers are even available. For a period of time I saw the new changes to the app and then the next day I went to wash clothes it was back to the same old set up which was really frustrating. I was looking towards a new change. In addition to this, there is a lot of connectivity issues in which it won’t pick up the washing machine. This company takes a really long time to fix problems and my building was out of two washing machines for a couple of months so we have 8 washing machine that needs to serve 126 families in the building. They should’ve requested stacked washing machines to our building management to make it more convenient for the families who live in the building.
