The food is delicious, but the app’s functionality is terrible. Any attempt to redeem loyalty points is met with error messages, which defeats the purpose of loyalty points and the app altogether, since you have to call instead. (And yes, I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone…nothing works.)What’s worse is they are aware of the problem and have been for a couple of months, but they aren’t bothering to fix it.
Not very user friendly. Ended up entering order 3 times. Took 3 times for the address to take as well.
When trying to create an account, the password option only has letters show in ALL CAPS. But to have a valid password you need lower case letters. Gotta fix that
