App Profile: Cerner Mobile Care

Mobile Care for iPhone® and iPad® supports fast, easy, and smart workflows for care in the home. Mobile Care allows a clinician to take patient data offline, and perform comprehensive chart review and documentation tasks without an internet connection. With Mobile Care, clinicians can perform the following tasks:

• View clinician schedules and patient lists
• Download offline versions of patient charts for on-the-go access
• Make changes to the patient chart offline, and reconcile differences with online data
• Review patient demographic information
• Review, create, and sign patient documentation
• Review patient allergies, lab results, and histories
• Review and chart patient vital signs
• Review and add patient problems, images, and orders

Mobile Care also provides secure access for providers needing access to the EHR outside of the facility's walls.

IMPORTANT: Mobile Care requires your organization to have a valid license and be on release 2018.04.02 (or later), or have EP 229478 installed. If you are unsure about the availability of Mobile Care at your organization, please contact your IT department or your Oracle Cerner representative.
