Version 3.10.3 has locked out any iPhone users that aren’t on iOS 16.1. - All of my business phones are fully functional iPhone 6S. None of them will update to iOS 16.1. The app has a “forced update” function so it’s locked me out. Upon deleting the app, if I download it again, the App Store listing acknowledges that I must have iOS 16.1 to use the new 3.10.3 and then offers to download a previous version that is compatible to my phone. Download. Install. What does it say? - Another forced upgrade to the new 3.10.3 version and locks me out. - *THIS* is why I don’t prefer small bank chains. I depend on this and various other technologies to help run my business. It’s aggravating to have software unnecessarily PUSH me towards expensive upgrades. App deleted. Because until it’s fixed, it’s useless to me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love my bank, local people treat you like a person, respect you and go the extra mile. But the on-line access is rudimentary and hard to access more than one account. For example, I have my business and personal accounts together, which is nice, but can only send on-line payments from my personal account, not from the business account. Also, only one of my loans show up on-line, not both. If you are used to Bank of America on-line accounts, you will be very disappointed with FirstBank.

I’m middle aged and needed a bank for a guy on a budget and have a bank near my child’s home. Didn’t have much money but they took me on and we never looked back. They have the best policies, best customer service, and actually don’t take money from me in fees. I have been with them for years and never once had a issue or problem. The app has improved over time and really listen to the customer feedback. Bank went from incredible to Phenomenal. Thanks FirstBank I’m forever grateful. You indeed have helped people.
