I have tried to log in using my NHS app. It told me my password was incorrect. I changed it using the link and it still tells me it’s wrong. I cannot use the app.

I downloaded this app after visiting my local pharmacy and thought I’d give it a try. My issue is not being able to edit my address details. I entered all info required including my postcode and thought I was good to go. I checked my account details to find that the address showing is NOT my address, although the postcode is correct. There is nowhere within the app for me to change the address, although I could change my mobile number or email address. If I cannot update my home address details then this app is of no use to me - my medication would be sent to an address that is not mine!

This takes the pain away from ordering repeat prescriptions. Order via the app and all updates on the progress of my prescription are within the app making it super easy to see if my GP has prescribed everything I’ve ordered. Also lets me know when received at the pharmacy and when they have it ready for collection. Love it
