GuideTime

This app is a scam do not use. We booked a guided fishing trip and it uses this app to book through. We paid for the trip and they even emailed an invoice so we thought we were good. We messaged the outfitter through the app to get directions to where to meet and no response. We have called the outfitters number, left messages, we even drove to the address listed on the site which turned out to be an AirBNB. We wasted a whole day trying to figure out who to contact. We talked to the local marina and other guide services in town and nobody has heard of them or this app. Since we have not heard from the guide service or got a response we are going to turn them in to the Idaho board of outfitters and the attorney general. We also cannot get a response from this app service we are going to have to do the same for them. It is just heartbreaking that people can get away with this. I hope people read this before using this app so they don’t lose their money as well.

I downloaded the app because my buddy mentioned you could network with guides for your outfitter business. I’ve hired 2 guides on my team from the GuideTime network. Highly recommended!
