Great price for the amount of content you get, but now subtitles are now unavailable. I used to be able to get them to work. I’ve called customer service multiple times and they don’t know honestly why I can’t get the subtitles to work. Guess I’ll have to just keep trying
This service constantly buffers and has “playback errors” so you be watching a show and literally you’re not. It often skips segments of a program. I wish this issue could be resolved and it would be nice to have actual customer service. Most of the time it great but when it’s not it’s not. Unfortunately, there are issues daily.
